This is an anchovy-based rough gremolata that will rescue any dish you find a bit bland. A few spoons of this relish over the simplest grilled fish, chicken or lamb and you are sorted!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and season with freshly ground black pepper.
