To have this salad in the tiniest little Chinese bowl is an elegant delight. A take on a Diana Henry recipe, the flavours are sublime. Serve with chop sticks.

Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 250 g cucumber

Method

Cut the salmon into matchsticks, roughly ½ cm in size. Cut the cucumber into similar sized matchsticks.
