Apart, perhaps, from iceberg lettuce tossed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flaked sea salt and black pepper (or baby spinach tossed with flaxseed oil, salt and pepper), the fastest salad in a push is a sliced tomato salad. If you have snagged some organically grown or heirloom tomatoes you have one of nature’s treasures!
