New Potatoes with Garlic Crème Fraîche

These potatoes are pretty as a picture. Baby potatoes are perfect for entertaining. You boil them and then toss them with delicious things that cling (hopefully) to their rugged surfaces. This Diana Henry inspired salad is delicious! There is another recipe I also love, which involves roasting the potatoes then tossing them in generous quantities of butter, chilli and chives when they emerge from the oven. All p
