Name: Salted Chocolate Tart

Ingredients: cream and berries to serve; ¾ tsp smoked sea salt flakes; cream and berries to serve; 2 packets Oreo biscuits; 100 g dark chocolate; ¼ tsp smoked sea salt flakes (if you can’t get smoked, regular will do!); 50 g soft butter; 50 g dark chocolate (min 70%); 50 g cocoa, sieved; 500 ml cream; 60 ml full-fat milk; 25 g cornflour; 2 tsp olive oil; 1 tsp vanilla essence; 75 g castor sugar; 2 tsp strong instant coffee powder
