I received this recipe on a dance floor one New Year’s Eve. I had never eaten anything like it! My friend Warren shouted instructions at me (so I could hear above the music). Something happens to these pears. They are transformed after their sauna into unctuous caramel amazingness!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (yes cans!) of tinned pears
  • cup fresh cream

Method
