Baby artichokes are really quite easy to prepare and are especially delicious when roasted. Serve them alongside these lamb patties or as an appetizer on their own with a simple aioli. If you have any leftover tapenade, refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks and enjoy with roasted meats or on a baguette.
