Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Method

  1. Combine the vinegar and cilantro for the dipping sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Prepare the vegetables as specified, wash, pat dry and set aside.
  3. In a mixer, combine all the batter ingredients except the corn oil and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter. Transfer the batter to a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes.
