  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teasp

Method

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in ¼ cup water. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic, ginger and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
