Name: Poached Eggs
Ingredients: Fill a deep skillet with 3 cups water. Add a drop of vinegar and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.; Remove each egg with a slotted spatula (shake gently to ensure all the water drips off) and serve on top of your favorite toasted bread, rice or pasta.; Carefully break each egg, into a bowl (one egg at a time) and slip into the boiling water. Cover and cook for 1 minute, then uncover and cook for 5 minutes or until the eggs turn opaque and are set. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
