  1. Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda, and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs while gradually adding the milk, water and butter. Gradually add the flour while beating continually until all the flour has been added.
  3. Strain the mixture through a sieve, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
