Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the quince, lime juice and onion and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quince is tender. Add the carrot, raisins, dates, almonds and pistachios, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
