Vietnamese Peanut Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
  • 1

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until very hot. Add the garlic, chili and ginger, and stir-fry for 20 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for a few minutes, until you have a smooth thick sauce.
  2. Just before serving, add your favorite pasta (cooked per the master recipe). Toss thoroughly, adjust
