Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. To make the syrup, combine the sugar, water, and rose water in a heavy-based saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir well, and allow to cool.
  2. Puree the melon, peaches, salt, syrup and lime juice in a food processor. Transfer to an ice cream maker canister and follow the manufacturer’s instructions until you have a sorbet. Garnish w
