  • 16 Seville oranges (2 cups Seville orange juice)
  • 4 cups

Method

  1. The peel of the Seville orange is quite bitter and will contaminate the juice if it comes into contact with it. To prevent the peel from coming into contact with the juice while juicing, wash the oranges and remove a ½-inch ring of orange peel from around the middle of each orange.
