This very refreshing drink is also popular in Iran, where it is served during the summer at cafés and from street stalls.

Ingredients

  • 1 large melon, cut, seeds removed, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. In a food processor, puree the melon, sugar, rose water, and ice cubes.
  2. Stir into a glass and serve with a spoon. Decorate with rose petals and mint.
