Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tab

Method

Heat a wok or deep skillet over medium heat until very hot. Toast the cumin, coriander and caraway seeds for 1 minute, shaking constantly, until aromatic. Grind the toasted seeds in a spice grinder. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree to create a paste. Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate.
