I never cared much for scones until I realised they could be made savoury. This recipe combines two strong flavours, making for one very delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • 140 g cake flour
  • 10 ml baking powder
  • a pinch

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking tray.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and rub in the butter using your fingertips until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Stir in the cheese, sundried tomatoes and origanum.
