Peanut Butter Millionaires’ Shortbread

This recipe is a combination of two delicious sweet treats: peanut butter fudge and millionaires’ shortbread. I learnt how to make both fudge and shortbread during my home-economics classes, so I figured why not put the two together to form a new and tasty cookie combination. This is for those days when your sweet-tooth cravings get the better of you.
