I live for a good chicken wing, and when the craving hits, I want something that’s quick to make and hits all the right spots. I have three golden rules when it comes to chicken wings: they must be sticky, they must be spicy and they must be served piping hot!

Ingredients

  • 125 ml smooth apricot jam
  • 125 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 125

Method

  1. Bring the apricot jam, vinegar and Sriracha to the boil in a saucepan, then lower the heat and simmer until reduced by a third and thickened.
  2. Cut the chicken wings into two parts, the wingette and the drumette, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss each chicken piece in cornflour and tap off the excess.
  4. Deep-fry the chicken in hot
