Ingredients

  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 30 ml brown su

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions until softened and golden.
  2. Stir in the sugar, cranberries and cranberry juice and simmer until the liquid evaporates and the onions become sticky. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C<
