Ingredients

For the base

  • 280 g cake flour
  • 125 ml ground almonds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a deep, approximately 40 × 30-cm rectangular baking tin with baking paper.
  2. To make the base, sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the ground almonds, coconut, sugar, baking powder and salt.
