Spicy Fried Chicken

Although my sister is a great travel companion, she’s not exactly what you’d call the most adventurous eater. So while I was keen to taste and sample all sorts of unusual fare from street vendors, my sister was a little more cautious and refused to eat food sold on the street. Until she found a fried-chicken vendor … then she just couldn’t stop herself. I think she ate more fried chicken during our two weeks in Thailand than she has ever eaten at home.
