Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • ½ oz (15 g/ stick)

Method

Melt the butter in a frying pan; peel the bananas. Split the bananas in half lengthways or cut in thick slices diagonally. Fry gently in the melted butter until soft and slightly golden. Serve hot with Ballymaloe Bacon Chop.
