Combo Salad

This salad (gỏi thập cẩm) is a common appetizer for weddings and housewarming parties, as it is pleasing to the eye yet easy to make. The ingredient list is very flexible: Use whatever salad ingredients are in season. Just make sure you have a good variety of color and texture, and your platter will tempt all the senses.
