These rolls (chả giò rế hải sản) are wrapped in net wrappers, which are available at markets in Vietnam and at some Asian food stores. If you are unable to find net wrappers, you can make them yourself. In this recipe, it is crucial that you use a good nonstick pan so it is easy to remove the net wrapper in one piece.
