Bukkake Udon Bento

Bukkake udon is chilled udon noodles served with an umami-packed sauce and toppings of choice, such as green onions, grated ginger, egg, and tempura. The carrot kakiage in this dish is an easy tempura and great as a topping on chilled noodles. Pack the cooked noodles, toppings, and sauce separately. Put the toppings on the noodles and pour the sauce over everything before eating.
