My Niçoise salad

This salad has a history behind it. When I was 17, I went travelling around Europe tor 2 months with some friends. We were on a really tight budget so food was at the bottom of the list of priorities. After 7 weeks of living on bread and water, we had had enough, so we decided to splash out and eat in a proper restaurant. This was the first time I ever ate a Niçoise salad and I still remember it very well today. I don’t know whether it was because I was starving or if it was a particularly
