This is the easiest fish dish. It’s just a matter of putting everything on a tray and baking it in the oven, but it’s so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 50 ml light olive oil, plus extra for baking tray
  • 4 x 150 g

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C.
  2. Cut the fennel lengthways into 1 cm thick slices and place on an oiled baking tray. Put the sea bass fillets on top side by side.
