You can’t beat a good fish pie. Try different combinations of fish but always keep the smoked haddock. You won’t need any more than three varieties otherwise you’ll lose their individual flavours.

Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed salmon, cod and smoked haddock, cut into chunks
