This very stylish smoked salmon recipe also makes delicious canapés served on thick cucumber slices.
Mix the cream cheese, chives or dill and cream together and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread the cheese mixture on to each slice of salmon and roll them up carefully. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
