Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 15 g finely chopped fresh mint
  • 55 ml boiling water
  • 3–4 teaspoons white wine vinegar or lemon juice

Method

Put the sugar and freshly chopped mint into a sauce boat. Add the boiling water and vinegar or lemon juice. Allow to infuse for 5–10 minutes before serving.
