This is a very refreshing fruit salad, perfect to clear the palette after a rich meal. It should be fresh tasting but not so bitter as to make you gasp!
Carefully segment the grapefruit into a white bowl. Scoop the melon into balls with a melon-baller and add into the bowl. Peel the kiwi fruit thinly and cut into 7mm slices. Juice the lime and pour it over the fruit. Add caster sugar to taste. Allow to macerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
