  • Ā½ cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • Ā½ cup (20 g) chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt


    Morning or Evening

    Stir the yogurt, cilantro, and a couple of pinches of salt together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate if doing this in the morning. Serve cold.
