  • 1 bunch asparagus, tough bottoms snapped off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground

Method

Evening

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Put a rimmed baking sheet in the oven to heat. Remove the hot pan from the oven and quickly spread the asparagus out on the pan, drizzle with the oil, and season with salt and pepper. Shake the pan to roll
