This cold Turkish yogurt beverage makes an incredibly refreshing summer drink.


  • 1 quart plain yogurt
  • Pinches of salt
  • cups cold water


Place ½ quart yogurt in a food processor or blender. Add ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt and blend until smooth. Pour into a refrigerator jar. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and water. Chill and serve with ice.
