  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
  • ½ teaspoon ground caraway seed
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground fennel or ground anise
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Method

Grind all of the ingredients together and store covered in a small jar.
