Corn Casserole

This casserole quickly became a holiday staple in our family, but oven space is always limited. So, I thought, “Why shouldn’t I try to make this in my slow cooker?” And to my delight, it worked amazingly! Often, you’ll see recipes that use boxed cornbread mix, which definitely saves time, but if you have cornmeal in your pantry, I’ll bet you already have everything else that you need to make this.
