Some dishes never go out of style and although ‘tomato bread’ doesn’t sound quite as redolent of Iberian sunshine and holidays as the original Spanish, this recipe is always a winner, no matter where you are. I love the version served at London’s Barrafina restaurant and this is the Solo cook’s recipe para uno.
