There are so many gazpachos in Spain I thought there could be no objection if I added a slightly freaky one of my own. I love the colors, the rich aroma of citrus, garlic, and coriander; the taste has a rich balance too. If chunks of orange and lemon seem too odd, simply omit them. This soup is spicy. Seed the jalapeños if a milder soup is desired.
