A much better taste comes from this bouquet of herbs than all the health they deliver would imply.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the parsley, toss to coat with butter, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in the coriander and garlic. Cook, stirring, until the garlic becomes fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
