I am a new convert to Catalonia and its food. The slight heat of this recipe is very appealing. It cuts the fat in much the same way that the vinegar or wine does in other recipes. I adapted it from Traditional Catalan Cooking by Jaume Fábrega. Serve this soup only to people who don’t mind spitting out bones.
