Salmon Stock

Although salmon is an oily fish and a stock made from its bones cannot be used in everything, it is special in Solianka and Salmon with Sorrel Soup. A sturgeon stock can be made the same way and will have a lovely golden color rather than the pale peach color of salmon stock.
