Peanut Butter

I often use peanut butter from a jar; but it is easy to make at home in either a chunky or smooth version. It can be used in Spicy Peanut Butter Soup and Chicken Stew with Peanut Butter. When using homemade peanut butters, it may be a good idea to add a little more salt to the finished recipe as these peanut butters have none.
