Long Island iced tea is anything but tea, which had me wondering: What would spiked sweet tea taste like? Fabulous, actually. This version uses lemon-flavored rum, but any fruity one would be fine. Enjoy it on its own, at a brunch, or with a plate of fried chicken, potato salad, and sliced ripe tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces lemon-infused rum
  • 2 ounces chilled iced tea, sweetened

Method

Pour the rum and tea into a highball glass filled with ice and mix well. Add the garnish.
