Cart Drivers’ Spaghetti

Together with pizza, spaghetti is the symbol of Naples. To celebrate artisan spaghetti, here is a curious recipe that not only the Neapolitans but also the Sicilians and Romans claim as their own. The Neapolitan version is very simple and is named in honour of the cart drivers who used to deliver food and wine to big cities. I find the combination of porcini and tuna quite intriguing.
