When you have a relative abundance of lobsters and you want to enjoy them prepared simply, as fishermen do in Sardinia, then you don’t need to look for sophisticated ways of cooking the king of crustacea.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6. Cut the live lobsters in half. (If you pierce through the cross mark in the centre of the head they will be killed instantly.) Mix the other ingredients together and pour them over the lobster flesh.
