Salad of Oranges and Lemons

For maximum flavour, this refreshing salad should be made with ripe, perfumed fruit. I was lucky enough to be able to pick fruit straight from the tree in an orange and lemon grove in Calabria. Southern Italian lemons are not as sour as ordinary ones. Unfortunately they are difficult to find outside Italy but you could use grapefruit instead.
