We had never heard of chia seeds before we went vegan, but now we use them almost every day because they’re a great source of essential nutrients. Chia puddings often look and taste a bit bland, so we’ve jazzed up this breakfast with a blackberry compote. It turns this breakfast pud an amazing deep-purple colour and it bursts with delicious berry flavours.
