Before we decided to go vegan, the idea of eating overnight oats just sounded strange. But now we’re totally hooked. Chocolate and hazelnut is just a match made in heaven, while the crunchy roasted nuts perfectly complement the creamy oats.


  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 160 ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp


Combine the oats, oat milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a container. We use a glass if we’re eating the oats at home the next day, or an airtight box if we’re eating on the go. Stir to combine, cover the container with a small plate or a lid, then transfer to the fridge and leave overnight.
